Affiliate Program Terms

1. Enrollment and eligibility

To join, you register an affiliate account and provide accurate information. Enrollment is subject to manual approval, and we may reject or later revoke an application at our discretion.

Each affiliate may hold a single account and receives a unique referral code. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. How the Program works

You promote Revisy using your referral link (for example, revisy.com/?ref=YOURCODE). We track clicks and conversions attributed to your code.

A commission is credited when a user you referred subscribes to a paid Revisy plan, according to the rules below.

3. Commissions

You earn a 20% recurring commission on each converted paid subscription, for as long as that subscription remains active. Amounts are calculated in US dollars.

Commission rates and conditions may be adjusted for future referrals; when reasonable, we will give notice. Self-referrals and commissions on your own subscriptions are not eligible.

4. Payments (Stripe)

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect Express. To receive payments, you must create or connect a Stripe account, complete Stripe's onboarding (identity and, where required, tax verification) and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

Your banking and tax details are collected and held by Stripe, not by Revisy. We store only an identifier of your connected account and its status.

Commissions are held for about 30 days (chargeback and refund protection) before becoming available for payout. Refunded or charged-back transactions do not generate commission.

5. Conduct and anti-fraud

You agree not to use spam, misleading claims, fraudulent traffic, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive or unlawful method to generate referrals.

We may review referrals for risk, and may withhold, reverse or cancel commissions and suspend or terminate your affiliate account if we detect abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6. Term and termination

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation for violations, legal reasons, or risk to the Program.

On termination without violation, eligible commissions already earned may still be paid, subject to the applicable hold period. Fraud or serious violations may result in forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Relationship, disclaimer and liability

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship. You act as an independent party.

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revisy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your participation.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Volta Redonda/RJ are elected as venue, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
